另外，最近在以太坊主网上线的 Layer 2 网路 Taiko 表示，「鉴于本周有关代币代码的类似讨论，我们希望对所有人公平」，由于已有其他专案使用 $TKO 作为代码，Taiko 决定将其代币代码从 $TKO 改为 $TAIKO。而 Polyhedra 为了回应与 zkSync 的冲突，也宣布将在 HashKey 交易所上市时使用的代币代码改为「ZKJ」。

Matter Labs 的回应

在遭到多名业界人士的批评后，Matter Labs 今（31）日稍早在 X 平台上发文表示「ZK 技术属于社群，到此为止」，并宣称其申请 ZK 相关商标的目的是确保「ZK」一词可以在「ZK Sync」、「ZK Stack」等相关名称的语境中自由使用，「不管喜欢与否，商标是当今唯一可用的法律工具」。

Matter Labs 继续说道：

「我们仍致力于为 ZK 商标找到一个适当的结构，让每个开发 ZK 技术的人都能使用。我们邀请其他 ZK 专案加入这项工作。ZK 技术，尤其是 ZK 一词，是而且必须始终是一种公共财，供所有人免费使用。」
