I would like to bring to your attention the number 1 service I have received from customer service since I tried to transfer my nfts to a wallet.
Being Canadian I knew that I had to sell my tokens before the freeze.
Gel style can no longer sell p2p.
My government is making me sweat!!!
I don't know the details, most likely you know the situation better than me, being a Binance user elsewhere than in Canada.
Brief
Just as I started to sort the levers between investments and loans, playing with small values….. I lost my favorite platform for life!
My nfts don't seem to belong to me, and even though I had excellent service 3 weeks ago regarding another authentication which led to nothing, I was unlocked!!!
Well but surprise this morning, my nfts are not mine!!!! I've had this for at least 3 years and the artist is known, producing his NFTs no longer holds any secrets for him.
Anyway, I take my hat off to the excellent service I've had since this morning to understand what happened...
Quite a shame that I have to leave Binance.
I wanted to share with you the good service I get from them….
And hope that the team will find the reason for the message just before proceeding with the transfer that they do not belong to me!!!😂😂😂
I'll come back and tell you the conclusion!

Thank you to the entire technical support team!! You are doing an amazing job!!
I was allowed to understand that my nfts are rare parts that I had had for several years already…ERC721, astonishing!! Paid $150 for this in total… thank you for life and happy new year to everyone!!!🥰🥰🙏🙏

As you know, being Canadian I had to withdraw my assets from Binance, which was done, but my nfts remained blocked!!!

But this morning, with Binance, just install wallet, Binance on my laptop and after some research to authenticate the wallet I was able to transfer my first nft!!!

Once again, Binance customer service suggested actions to stop a connection that cuts off after 5 seconds 😿😿😿 “with a message”; Wallet login failed due to user refusal to sign!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽!!

The Binance technician looked at my video(s) of the process, the screenshots, and according to him everything was correctly orchestrated and everything was compatible.
…I spent 370 days on the app… out of 3 and a half years of membership here!!😹😹😹I had to sleep on gas…. And skip chapters 😂And start again on iPad, laptop, remove caches, reinstall, start again, search on yt, just in case😌
So it's Christmas 🥰and I'm taking care of my Canaries, spoiling Mousse with his favorite canned food!! (my pussy)
Misery, can't wait for 2024 to arrive!!!
I do not have enough knowledge to manage these network problems, and/or settings,
The illness limits me enormously in my faculties as well as fatigue and chronic pain, and my patience is in the red!

I'm going back to read the full tutorial at MetaMask, well I may have judged MetaMask too quickly, in a previous post..
The extension is 1+1, I read, I learn, but with a chronic concentration problem it's Kilimanjaro!!!😂😂😂
They are very peaceful and safe here, while they wait.
For trust, strangely a few things escape me in the transaction, I only opened it yesterday, nothing was successful,
I drink a small micro brewery beer in bed
I listen to Spotify
Mousse sleeps at the foot of the bed on a 150-year-old Hudson’s Bay wool blanket…
And I read… between a few Christmas greeting texts….

I was able to calmly take a look at the FAQ and discovered that you need an extension to be able to import nft!😳😳
There you will ask me; which?!!! No idea, reading diagonally doesn't only have advantages lol

I have authenticated my trust and we will wade into that... tomorrow.
I'm really exhausted from so many headaches!! I shared screenshots of the information taken from meta, to the technicians helping me resolve this problem.
Even though I don't know why no one suggested that I explore and/or clean MetaMask like I had to do with the Binance app today.
In short, this will surely help someone who thinks they know everything like me to resolve this slight inconvenience 🙃
