How to block garbage copycat projects. The following is experience, not targeting any institution, retail investors can refer to it. Save your life or take risks.
1- Do not disclose the amount of financing, do not disclose the VC behind it, and block it directly
2- More than 50% of the financing comes from unknown/individual investors
3- Early financing by exchanges, such as Kucoin, Gate, etc.
4- The last round was invested by OKX or BN, and the amount of financing is unknown
5- The total amount of financing is average, but it has been raised for 5 rounds or more, and the VC institutions are disorganized
6- OKX led the investment. This is not absolute, but I directly blocked it.
