Two days ago, decided to take a chance with $HIGH .
Entered at $6.5 with the assumption that it will rise to 7.5 or at best 8.5. It went up to 7, after which it began to deviate downwards. I, as usual, acted emotionally and closed the bet while I was in the winnings with an average price of 6.85
Then I saw how it started to grow again... 7.5... 8... 8.5... And after a continuous drop in the market, it jumped sharply to 9.5!
I freaked out and thought how I should have done the right thing, where did I go wrong? And now $HIGH below $6...
The market is too unpredictable.. and in futures carelessness often leads to liquidation 🥲
In a couple of hours, you can turn from a king into a beggar who will ask strangers to drop a couple of pennies into your wallet.
I was wondering how you try to protect your orders? Do you use stop-losses, hedging, limit-market orders in the opposite direction or something else (I do not accept offers not to play on futures😉)? What exactly?
I am currently trying to use limit market orders in the opposite direction if the price deviates too much from my prediction, but my emotionality makes me close them too early and my unrealized profit has been in the red for over a month :) so what has worked best or worst for you?

It looks like my third attempt at learning to trade futures is going to be a complete fiasco...
I studied, tried different strategies, but fell into the same mistake that many of my copytrade leaders fell into, a mistake that I have seen more than once and should have remembered - desperate saving of the position.
This time the culprit of my sadness and disappointment (besides myself :) will be $PEOPLE .
It was a bear season, and when I saw how people jumped, I immediately opened the shorts. People continued to grow, and I did not believe that this would be a long-term wound and continued to select shorts. When he first stopped, I just waited. When he bounced again and gave me -500%, I checked the historical data and bought more... My faith and confidence knew no bounds, and even a day ago, when he had a minor drop, I thought - finally! And on this day, instead, I have -1000%, and all my other orders are not able to cover these minuses.
Lack of a cold mind - now it's #1 point on my list of obstacles to become a successful or at least a mediocre trader:) I don't know how to change myself quickly. Need time. I won't give up so quickly)

Had a rather interesting experience with $AUCTION and $STG
After a rapid takeoff, I was sure they would fall. I decided to test my calculations with the shoulder x20. As always, I did not expect a clear decline and placed the order prematurely, having first entered the negative :)
As for the AUCTION, this bid was in the evening and I went to bed peacefully. At night, I sent a notification about the increase in the lending rate, in the morning and during the day I already noticed it. I started to get nervous, because it was growing and was already 10% of the deposit amount, and I was still in the red... With grief in half, but after waiting a little longer, I was able to recoup the commission and get a small profit) yuh!
With STG, everything was much worse. I was at -100% when the rate increase notification came... It was enough to withdraw 50% of my order amount! I almost turned gray) I did not want to pay such a commission... I waited until the last and dropped the order at -100%
But it was an interesting experience. Now I know that after such jumps there is a rather limited time to earn if you don't want to pay high commissions :)

Hello, this time I decided to write about game Airdrop.
Many of you may have heard about the amazing output of $NOT coins. People just sat and tapped on the phone, then earned crazy money. I decided to take part in the ETF vs BTC campaign!
So, in my opinion, the advantage of investing in the ETF is that it will surely soar by x10 or more this year, when BTC will only have a gain of about x2-3x. The downside is that this moment can be easily missed if you don't set up an automatic take profit.

My impressions of Binance Launchpool!
Last month, I participated in the PIXEL and PORTAL farms on the Binance Launchpool. Used BNB coin for staking.
As for PIXEL, I joined somewhere in the middle of the event and invested ~$50. It was my first farming, so I was excited about the process itself and even just watching the farming animation on a mobile device. In the end I got only 0.64 PIXEL (now it's <span and on top of that the BNB rate dropped! That's why I was generally in the negative :) But, I didn't feel any negativity. It was still fun for me)
As for PORTAL, I invested about ~$75 from the first day and got 0.45 PORTAL (~$1), so my profit was about 1.33%! I have to admit, I felt much happier before calculating these percentages than after :)
In the end, I didn't get much financially, but I still enjoyed the venture. Even with a small contribution, you become part of something gigantic and try to grow at least one coin. I haven't been able to do it yet, but I'll keep trying)
