According to Foresight News, The Block reported that on-chain data developer Irys (formerly known as Bundlr Network) completed US$8.9 million in financing, led by Lemniscap, with participation from Framework, Primitive Ventures, Hypersphere, Permanent Ventures, EV3, Berachain co-founder Smokey the Bera, Ryan Watkins, Daniel Cheung and others.
Irys has expanded its services beyond bundled transactions to increase storage throughput to develop scalable on-chain data. In addition, the platform is building infrastructure to track and verify data to combat digital misinformation.
