The suspected cause of the theft was the hijacking of mobile phone text messages and emails, and more details need to be announced by the official.
According to people familiar with the matter, although it will cause inconvenience to the user experience, OKX has decided to add mandatory Google Authenticator verification in the future to avoid similar situations from happening again.
