According to regulatory documents on June 11, the "Tuttle Capital Congressional Trading ETF" is proposed as an actively managed ETF that invests in the stock selections of members of Congress, as described in mandatory public disclosure documents. These documents were submitted in accordance with the Prohibition of Congressional Insider Trading Act enacted in 2012.
