Statement from Ethereum Based Altcoin: Our Goal is Leadership!

Ethereum-based Starknet (STRK) made remarkable statements.

The Starknet team shared a post on the X account on June 7, stating that they are here for leadership. “Both Ethereum and Bitcoin are the most decentralized and secure chains and embody the ethos of what blockchain and cryptocurrencies should be,” the team said in a statement.

While it was stated that work on scaling in the Ethereum ecosystem continues, it was stated that work on the unifying layer will continue:

Starknet will continue to focus on scaling Ethereum. All our innovations (based on OP_CAT) will equally benefit not only the Ethereum ecosystem but also the Bitcoin community. Starknet aims to be the unifying layer between the two most important ecosystems of our crypto world. It will not cause Starknet to create a new layer on top of Bitcoin or create a dedicated token for the Bitcoin ecosystem.
