According to API3’s statement, DWF Labs, Spartan Group, Laser Digital and Caladan invested in the project.
API3 offered 1 million 423,000 API3 tokens from its own pool to investors, totaling $4 million USDC. The price per unit of token was 2.81 USDC.
DWF Labs received tokens worth 2 million USDC, Spartan Group received $1 million, and Laser Digital and Caladan each received 500,000 USDC.
50% of the tokens given to investors will be unlocked within the first six months, and the rest will be unlocked within the next six months.
