(a subsidiary of Worldcoin Foundation) has signed a loan agreement with five trading companies operating outside the United States. The five entities have obtained a total of 10M WLD loans. The relevant tokens will expire on June 14, 2024 (or thereabouts). World Assets Ltd. has chosen to extend the term of the loan agreement by one year to June 14, 2025. All other terms of the agreement remain unchanged. At maturity, each trading company must repay the loan in full.
