This version upgrades the secp256k1 signature verification in the CryptoLib native contract, supports custom witness verification based on Koblitz and Keccak256, supports Lambda and Linq in devpack, adds multiple Neo contract examples in devpack, and supports calling application logs through the command line in Neo-CLI.
