Bsatoshi reported on December 2 that according to Cryptoslate, information disclosed by the U.S. SEC showed that the agency met with Bitwise, VanEck, Fidelity and Invesco at the end of November regarding their respective Bitcoin spot ETF applications. The agency also met with 21Shares in late November regarding Ark Invest’s Bitcoin spot ETF application. The SEC does not appear to have met with WisdomTree, Valkyrie or GlobalX. According to previous news, the SEC has met with Grayscale, BlackRock and Hashdex regarding the Bitcoin spot ETF application. #BTC #etf
