Odaily Planet Daily News: US President Biden issued an order prohibiting a cryptocurrency mining company majority-owned by Chinese investors from owning land near an air force base in Wyoming, citing national security risks. Biden also required the sale of the land, which is one mile from Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, according to a statement released by the US Treasury Department on Monday. The Treasury Department said MineOne Partners Limited acquired the land in June 2022 and transformed it to accommodate cryptocurrency mining operations. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) reviewed the transaction and found national security risks.
