According to Wu, Etherscan shows that the address marked as Justin Sun 4 (0x176...a132) received 2.08 million EIGEN at 16:42 on May 11.

Previously, this address ranked second in the amount of real-time deposits in EigenLayer. It had deposited 104,000 ETH directly into EigenLayer before March, and deposited 58,000 ETH through Puffer.
