These resources can be converted into cash at any time, but cash can't buy these non-saleable items most of the time. If you have to use money to measure a person's energy, the maximum amount of funds he can move and control is the only standard.

Everyone has three wallets. The first is the money in your wallet, the second is the money in other people's wallets that you can influence, and the third is the money that others think you have in your wallet. Money is for others to see, not for people to spend.
