Is Binance one of the largest holders or bitcoin?

I think no Exchange should be allowed to have the large portion of Bitcoin otherwise they can easily manipulate the market by buying at low and selling BTC at high and Additionally if they increase btc dominance, this can easily affect the entire market and manipulation becomes so easy.

And I am sure it is evident now what's going on...

What are your thoughts?
