Will Artificial Intelligence end mediocrity at work?

Artificial Intelligence could have a great impact on the middle class of workers who do desk, managerial or administrative work and who, in some cases, are in mediocrity, according to a note from Business Insider Mexico. This is based on an analysis of the impact of an artificial intelligence-based conversational assistant on almost 5,200 customer service agents at a software company. The tool helped increase productivity by 14% and new workers benefited the most: “agents with two months of tenure perform as well as those with more than six months.”
