🇪🇺 The Anti-Money Laundering Regulation has passed its final vote in the European Parliament.

The bill would oblige crypto firms to collect more data about users, and tools that provide anonymity services would be prohibited by the bill.

The legislation will not affect service providers that develop software for pure technology wallets that do not involve storage of data, such as MetaMask.
