Added: 3. Corrected: 5 OSHI airdrop rules.

Event time: 2024/04/04 07:00 - 2024/05/04 08:00 utc+0 (If calculated according to Beijing time, add 8 hours to be accurate)

There are two types of airdropped tokens:

  1. $BEVM: 10.5 million in total (0.5% of total circulation);

  2. $OSHI: The prize pool is 500,000 (0.5% of the total circulation).

Replenish:

  1. The Bitcoin network itself is an aristocratic chain, and even the second-layer fees are high. It costs 0.0000165 BTC (about $1.12, priced at BTC $67,600) to cross from the Optimism chain to the BEVM chain, and then 0.000065 BTC (about $4.4, priced at BTC $67,600) to cross back. Operations such as staking and redemption also cost 0.00006 BTC (about $4.16, priced at BTC $67,600).

  2. The mod on the bevm official discord said: This activity can be completed by importing the Binance wallet from a third-party wallet, so there is no need to have two wallets for the loan task. But I have already completed it, so I won’t waste money. Try to use the wallet generated by the Binance Web wallet. This activity involves 3 teams (BEVM, Satoshi Protocol, and Binance Web3 team), and it seems that the final plan needs to be confirmed with the Binance Web3 team.

  3. You need to complete the lending task to participate in OSHI's airdrop. Of course, completing the lending task will also give bevm airdrop shares.

The bevm airdrop activity is very simple. You can get "SHARES" by completing tasks. The specific calculation formula is: (your total "SHARES" / total "SHARES") * 10.5 million. The final result is the bevm token allocated to you.

To participate in oshi's airdrop, one needs to complete a lending task. The calculation formula is not specified, but it should be divided equally among all those who complete the lending task.

There are 3 airdrop missions:

  1. (One-time task) Store $BTC into the bevm chain.

  2. (One-time task) To complete a loan on "Satoshi Protocol", you need to have at least 0.0004 BTC on the bevm chain and a minimum pledge of 0.0003. There is also a large handling fee in this process. Only after completing this task can you participate in the OSHI airdrop. Of course, completing this task can also earn BEVM airdrop points (SHARES).

  3. (Daily Task) Daily sign-in requires BTC on the bevm chain as gas fee, which means the first task is the prerequisite.

The official actually gave a tutorial:

https://bevm-blog.webflow.io/post/10-500-000-bevm-airdrop-campaign-with-binance-web3-wallet

I made a tutorial myself (because I was in a hurry, there may be typos and some solutions may not be the best solution):

The first task is to store BTC. This is a pain. I don’t know if other exchanges support direct access to bevm. Anyway, Binance does not support it, so I need to exchange on the chain. I looked at the cross-chain to bevm tools and chose the Optimism chain. Since the Optimism chain requires $ETH as gas fee, I need to buy some ETH. It is also recommended to use ETH to exchange BTC directly in the future, otherwise it will be too troublesome and waste withdrawal fees.

Here we start by buying coins from the exchange (skip steps if you want). Using $FDUSD to buy ETH can save some transaction fees. You can also use USDT or USDC, etc. I bought 0.009 ETH, which is worth about $30.4.

Then withdraw all to the Optimism chain of the Binance web3 wallet.

Enter the Binance Web3 wallet, then click on the bevm airdrop event homepage, link the wallet in the upper right corner, and then click "Get 200 shares" in the "Deposit BTC" task. You will enter the cross-chain bridge page and click "third-party bridge". There are two options on the page, but the page on the app only supports OmniSwap (Orbiter Finance has much lower fees). I don't know what the situation is, so I just ignore it.

Connect the wallet and switch the chain to Optimism (click on the upper right corner to view), select "on-chain", the Optimism network must reserve a certain amount of eth as gas, otherwise the transaction will fail. I exchanged 0.0087 eth for wbtc (about 0.000426), and it seems that there is still 0.0002 eth left.

Go back to the OmniBTC page and click "cross-chain". You need to reserve a certain amount of wbtc (about $1.14) as a handling fee before you can trade. I crossed 0.00041 wbtc. During the authorization period, please note that omnibtc requires unlimited wbtc access rights and cannot be customized. After authorization, continue to execute to complete the cross-chain.

Then close the page and re-enter it, or click "back" at the top of the active page to return to the home page.

After coming back, click on the lower left corner to connect to the bevm wallet.

After connecting your wallet, check the status of the first task. If it has not updated, click the refresh icon next to "get 200 ahares".

The second task, pledging BTC to lend $SAT (a stablecoin), is very painful and expensive. Task summary: establish a loan position, buy additional SAT, and close the loan position.

Since Binance web3 wallet does not support bevmSwap and does not support direct access to other application websites, you need to prepare an external wallet and metamask application (I use the browser plug-in version of metamask).

Step 1: Pledge BTC to borrow SAT

Go to the event homepage, scroll to the "Create Position on Satoshi" task, click "GET 100 SHARES", enter the "Satoshi Protocol" page, connect your wallet, and switch the network to BEVM.

Click "Create Position": "Collateral Amount" on the page, the minimum is 0.0003 BTC (about $ 20), just choose the minimum; "Borrow SAT" (borrowing amount), the minimum is 10 SAT, just choose the minimum; "Referrer" (referrer's wallet address), you can leave it blank, if possible, please fill in my wallet address: 0xb75d39ca34C3E7E3B36Bfb1Ab117003cf17b7E98

Then "Approve" to authorize the loan agreement to deduct funds

Finally, click "Create Position" to create a loan position to complete the loan (0.000034 BTC, about $2.3).

At this point the task has been completed. Return to the activity homepage. If the status has not been refreshed, click the refresh icon in front of "GET 100 SHARES".

Step 2: Purchase additional SATs

Find the tutorial for the steps to install metamask yourself.

Then metamask creates a wallet address and ignores the existing one.

Adding SAT tokens:

Can be added directly through the token contract: 0xF2692468666E459D87052f68aE474E36C1a34fbB

You can also visit the app.satoshiprotocol.org website, which provides a quick way to add it.

Send about 0.000015 BTC (note that it is from the bevm chain, about $1) from the Binance web3 wallet to this newly created wallet.

Go to bevmswap.xyz/swap to buy sat. If you follow the subsequent steps, you should only need to buy a little more than the total loan balance - 10 (see the steps below to decide how much to buy based on the actual situation. If you need to make up 0.07, you should only need to buy 0.071). I bought 0.1 sat according to the official tutorial, and I really don’t want to continue to tossing... (Transaction fee 0.0000066 BTC, about $0.44)

In the Metamask wallet app, click on the SAT token you just added, click "Send", enter the target address to receive the token (the wallet that loaned SAT by pledging BTC in the above steps), then enter the amount, and then follow the normal process to complete the transfer.

Step 3: Return SAT to redeem BTC

Note: Make sure that the SAT balance in your wallet exceeds the total loan balance. You can see it on the page (if you take out a loan with the minimum amount of 10 SAT, it should be 10.07 SAT). Otherwise, the operation will fail here. I have tried it. . .

Go to the activity homepage, scroll to the "Create Position on Satoshi" task, click "GET 100 SHARES", go to the "Satoshi Protocol" page, connect your wallet. By default, it is directly on the "Position" page. If it is not on this page, you need to click the menu bar in the upper right corner to enter this page.

If you have already established a loan position, you can see "Deposit", "Withdraw" and other columns under "Position". Slide the column to the left and find "Close". You need to "Approve" and wait for the authorization to be completed. If you have already authorized and it has always been "Approve", close the page and re-enter. After the authorization is successful, you will see the "Close" button, click and confirm the transaction (the fee is about 0.000021 BTC, about $ 1.41, if the BTC balance in the wallet is not enough, the transaction will fail).

---

The third check-in task. This task is more expensive, about 0.0000022 BTC (about $0.15) each time. You can check in once a day, 10 shares each time, and you can check in for 30 days. You can get 300 shares after signing in. The task is very simple, but you need to do the first task first and deposit BTC into bevm. Click "get 10 shares" in "check-in on the bevm chain" and complete the transaction. If the status is not refreshed, click the refresh icon.

---

After the event, all your SHARES will be converted into $BEVM tokens on May 9, 2024, and will be airdropped directly into your wallet (before October 1, 2024).

After the event, Satoshi Protocol will have an airdrop page where you can check your $OSHI amount on May 9, 2024, and it will also be airdropped directly to your wallet (before August 1, 2024).
