Stablecoin issuer #Circle has launched Euro Coin (EUROC) on the #Avalanche (AVAX) blockchain, which aims to provide faster and more efficient payments and financial services for developers and users.
The Circle team said the launch is part of a multi-chain strategy for EUROC. The team said that the availability of EUROC on Avalanche increases its liquidity and gives users the ability to transact in euros alongside its US dollar-backed stablecoin, USD Coin (USDC).
