4.1 Token Distribution
Note: AEVO is built by the team that launched Ribbon Finance. Therefore, such $RBN holders can convert their $RBN to $AEVO at a 1:1 ratio, requiring a 2-month lock-up. $RBN will follow the initial vesting schedule.
4.2 Token Release Schedule
Private sale investors (Seed and Series A) and team $RBN tokens will be fully vested in May 2024
$RBN holders can convert $RBN to $AEVO at a 1:1 ratio, with a 2-month lock-in period
$AEVO is currently emission-free, but the DAO has allocated 16% of FDV for future user and ecosystem incentives. It is expected that this will be in use for 4 years
