Despite the U.S. President-elect Trump’s promise during the campaign not to sell the Bitcoin seized by the U.S. government and to keep it as a strategic reserve for the U.S., the latest market news indicates that the U.S. Department of Justice has approved the sale of $6.5 billion worth of Bitcoin seized in the Silk Road case.
