How to create a differentiated and awesome Layer2?

After having a strategy, I want to be the favorite exchange of Traders, how should I make further differentiation? I think there are mainly the following seven aspects:

1. Performance

Because of the functional limitations of past products, it is impossible to complete a task goal that I really want to complete

2. Customization

Some customers have high heterogeneity in demand (there are differences in demand between individuals); or they prefer the concept of exclusivity, and the popular products in the past have forced them to endure.

3. Reduce risks

Before and after purchase, they face great risks because of the difficulty in controlling and judging product quality and insufficient information, and want to avoid them. Your products or services can provide quality or service guarantees for them to eliminate risks.

4. Status

They want to achieve the purpose of shaping a positive image or avoiding a negative image by using a certain product or service.

5. Convenience

Help customers solve cumbersome steps.

6. Low price

For customers who cannot complete the task due to price. (Not the absolute low price, but the relatively low price)

Dissatisfied with the existing methods, want to try new things, but lack of suitable alternatives
