According to TechFlow, CoinStats released the latest report on the security incident that occurred on June 22, showing that attackers obtained the private keys of 1,590 CoinStats wallets through unauthorized access, resulting in the theft of approximately $2.2 million in cryptocurrency. Currently, no connected wallets or exchanges are affected. As of July 3, 2024, all functions of CoinStats have been fully restored and are now fully operational. The investigation into the entire scope of the breach is still ongoing. CoinStats CEO released an update on June 24 saying that a total of approximately $2 million was stolen from all wallets.
