PANews reported on July 10 that according to Bloomberg, artificial intelligence startup Captions has completed a $60 million financing, led by Index Ventures, with participation from Kleiner Perkins, a16z, Sequoia Capital and actor Jared Leto. This brings its total financing to $100 million and its valuation to $500 million. Captions was founded in 2021 and uses artificial intelligence technology to help people create, edit and distribute videos.
