PANews reported on July 29 that according to Decrypt, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca's request to list Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust shares. The SEC wrote in a rule change document filed late last Friday: "The approval order is based on all statements and descriptions in the respective revised documents of each exchange, which the Commission has carefully evaluated." The regulator approved the New York Stock Exchange Arca's application for authorization to trade new derivatives on Friday.

Earlier on July 27, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust Fund's 19b-4 form.
