According to Techub News, CoinDesk reported that stablecoin issuer Circle has obtained an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license issued by the French regulator, allowing it to issue EURC and USDC in the EU to comply with MiCA (EU Market Crypto Asset Regulation). Circle has thus become the world's first stablecoin issuer to comply with MiCA.
