A person who reports the transfer of an account to third parties will be able to count on a bonus if the violation of the rules for using the platform’s services is confirmed. Information about such incidents is requested to be sent by email. The amount of remuneration will be determined arbitrarily in each specific case.
In addition to encouraging whistleblowing, Binance will improve its monitoring mechanisms for traders' activities to detect suspicious accounts. If exchange employees come to the conclusion that another person is using the account, it will be temporarily blocked or permanently frozen.
Research conducted by Binance has shown that some clients gain unfair advantages over other traders by having access to services with lower fees and higher transaction limits. This appears to be a result of the sale of accounts whose owners have earned preferences due to high trading volume.
