Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin said there needs to be better prioritization in Ethereum core development, Foresight News reported.
He noted that if he had to choose between increasing the blob target from 3 to 6 and the rest of the content in Pectra, he would choose the former.
He thinks blobs and L1 EVM improvements are important, especially EOF -> full AA via 7701 and SIMD+EVMMAX plus a modest gas limit increase.
Buterin also mentioned that peerdas are in the works, and suggested exploring more ambitious versions.
