🔥Worldcoin officially arrives in Peru.
The controversial digital identity verification project #Worldcoin has just started its activities in Peru, expanding its presence in the region, as announced by the project on its official blog in Spanish.
According to the official statement published on its blog, identity verifications (World ID), which are carried out through a device called Orbe, began in Lima. People who are over 18 years old can start sharing their biometric data in exchange for project #criptomoneda (#WLD ).
The project has set its sights on Peru, after a survey was carried out, where 90% of respondents expressed the need to access technological solutions to distinguish between people and robots on the Internet, according to Hart Research.
