According to Businesstimes, a class action lawsuit filed against Terraform Labs and its co-founder Do Kwon is ongoing, and the High Court has rejected the defendants' appeal. The lawsuit was filed in September 2022 by Spanish citizen Julian Moreno Beltran and Singaporean citizen Douglas Gan on behalf of 375 others, claiming a total loss of $57 million due to UST.
