If the principal of 1800 BTC is threatened, it is a moral and legal issue. There is no need to defend rights on Twitter. The best way is to call the police.
If one party fails to do what it said and breaches the contract without informing the other party, it is a problem of integrity. Without integrity, there is no foundation at all and it should be resisted.
But if it is a collusion between a large investor and a project, and the dissatisfaction is caused by uneven distribution, it should be solved privately. I hope you will not use traffic and everyone's feelings to help yourself. This is very inappropriate!
If you really want to defend your rights, the basis is very simple-
Just present the facts, explain clearly what happened, where you are wronged, what rights you are defending? What is your loss? Is there any evidence to prove it?
The public has sharp eyes. I think most of the WEB3 people outside the wall are still online. Just boldly present the facts, unless there is some conspiracy in the facts themselves, then that is another matter!
No matter how this incident develops, I don't care, but it involves some interesting lines that I am concerned about-
1) The gentry donated first, and the people donated later. After the matter is done, the money of the gentry will be returned in full, and the money of the people will be divided into 30% and 70%.
Big players can have a share in TVL, but Bitcoin is still in their hands, so how much of the current Bitcoin protocol is real? It is not just me who really stores Bitcoin, and the others are all fake data?
2) If TVL is obtained in this way, why does the project itself do such a thing? Can I think that such behavior is inherently dishonest? Is such behavior an exception in the circle, or is it generally known?
3) Do these operations violate certain laws or ethical norms?
No matter which country, from a legal perspective, if the project party manipulates or falsifies TVL data without clear explanation, it may involve fraud or false statements and violate financial regulatory laws and regulations. Ethically, such behavior clearly violates the principles of transparency, fairness and integrity, will lead to the loss of community trust, and affect the healthy development of the entire ecosystem.
So, seeing this incident here, as a large staker, I am thinking that I thought I was an industry BUILDER, but I didn’t know that I might be a big leek?
