According to Odaily, Aptos Foundation and Alibaba Cloud are teaming up to stimulate the development of the Web3 ecosystem in Japan. This collaboration has led to the launch of Alcove, Asia's first co-branded Move developer community, aimed at promoting smart contract programming languages in the Asia-Pacific region.
