A user received a call from someone pretending to be from Binance support. The fake support representative guided the user to make a trade, claiming that if he didn't, his account would be closed. They also sent an email to the user asking him to send funds to a specific wallet address.
Binance will not restrict users' accounts for any unreasonable reasons, and we will not require users to transfer funds for any reason. If you encounter a similar situation, please contact our customer service team in time.
