**Let's begin.**
**Week 1: Master Facebook Marketing**

**Week 2 & 3: Get Comfortable with Video Editing**
If you're a PJ member, watch our two video editing courses. If not, find basic video editing tutorials on YouTube.
Record 10 videos about meta marketing. Use your phone, a white background, and a mic if possible. The videos should target Bangladeshi business owners. Here are some ideas:

If done right, you'll start receiving queries on your FB page and comments on your videos. Reply to each comment and DM, and ask for a Zoom call.
In these calls, provide free consultation on improving their meta marketing. Don't ask for money, just for a review on your page. Aim for 20+ reviews.
**Week 5: Secure B2B Deals**
Aim for at least one B2B deal this week to expand your client base. Consider deals with:
- A delivery company for free marketing consultations for their customers - A company that handles trade licenses - A business-focused FB group admin - An influencer
**Week 6: Create an Irresistible Offer**
Your task this week is to create an irresistible offer. Some ideas:
- 100% refund if no sales from our marketing - We pay 50% of your ad budget - Free daily posts and edits for your page with our marketing
Run ads for this offer. Once you get a lead, set up a Zoom call to close the deal.
**Week 7: Delight Your New Clients**
Make everyone who bought in week 6 extremely happy. Visit their office, send flowers, manage their page inbox, or send a hilsha fish to their home. Do whatever it takes to make them satisfied. Happy clients lead to more word-of-mouth referrals.
**Week 8: Formalize Your Business**
With at least 3 clients and some revenue, it's time to formalize your business. Apply for a trade license, open a business bank account, and get your BIN/TIN to manage VAT.
