本轮融资采用股权结构，并附带代币股票期权，使 Sonic 的完全摊薄估值达到 1 亿美元。作为交易的一部分，Bitkraft 已加入 Sonic 董事会。

A 轮融资使 Sonic 的总融资额达到 1600 万美元。该公司此前曾在 2022 年的种子轮融资中筹集了 400 万美元。
