Today, due to a U.S. bank holiday, the industry's main offramp providers are temporarily offline. Since USDC is part of the flow for converting USYC (USD0's main T-Bill collateral), this has caused a temporary reduction in liquidity within the USD0/USDC pool. Rest assured, this does not impact the stability or robustness of USD0 in any way. USD0 remains fully collateralized and fully operational. While instant USD0-to-USDC redemptions are temporarily delayed, you can still redeem USD0 directly for its underlying collateral (USYC). Liquidity is expected to normalize within 24 hours (U.S. time) as the Curve pool rebalances and USDC instant liquidity is replenished.
