Build a strong set of habits;

1. Consistent process for technical analysis
2. Thorough understanding of risk management
3. Technical and emotional trade journaling

3. Keep a Journal

Review every week, every month and every year.

The boring work will give you an edge over the competition.

4. Stick to 1 strategy

Use 1 strategy and nothing else.

Start unprofitable, get to breakeven and then get to profitable.

5. Don't Do It Alone

I did everything alone for 3 years with online resources.

This was cheap in $ but expensive in time.

I learned more from a few calls with experts than I would in 6 months of trading alone.

6. Health first always

When you start making real money trading it's tempting to neglect other things, especially health.

Fight this.
