Several major sources of loss for ordinary people in the market
When most people first enter the market, it is difficult to realize that the correlation between the correctness of the prediction and the final profit is not that strong; they all have a secondary tube mentality and think that the prediction is correct = making money, so they will invest their energy in how to make market predictions more accurate/find people with more accurate predictions. As a result, the following sources of loss for most ordinary people will arise:
1. Being fooled by scammers who seem to have been making money all the time with their rhetoric and small routines. In addition to gaining some emotional value given by the scammers, you only have to keep giving money;
2. Studying and looking for which index standard all day long, thinking that you will be close to getting rich once you find it. The formation of indicators comes from the original price data and cannot determine the price. The underlying logic is already in chaos.
3. Caring about opinions and accuracy. Many people have been looking for someone who is accurate. If they are accurate for a period of time, they are awesome, and if they are not accurate, they will start to criticize; ignoring the more important logic and framework for analyzing problems; spraying away people who really share dry goods, leaving scammers. In fact, even if most people make enough predictions, their winning rate is unlikely to exceed 60%; analysis is incomplete. If you read more books, look at history and do statistics, you will be less likely to be deceived.
4. Fantasy that you can make money by relying on others, big guys or joining groups.
The fundamental reason for the formation of losing money is the weakness and laziness in the bones, and this quality happens to attract the badness in the bones of the liar. Losing money and being deceived is also purely living. However, most people will not realize their own problems, and will continue to blame and vent their garbage emotions, and they will always be cut.
