Another non-EVM blockchain that is no less fast is The Open Network (TON) which recorded 175 TPS. Recently, TON has attracted attention due to its aggressive integration between crypto assets and online messaging application Telegram.

MATIC is the native utility token of the Polygon blockchain and it is currently ranked 18th by market cap, with a total supply of 10 billion MATIC and a total trading volume of over $204 million in the last 24 hours. It has been moving upward since its last rejection at a $0.6342 support level.
From the previous downward movement, the price of MATIC has managed to create one major resistance level of $0.7365 and one major support level of $0.6324. Currently, MATIC is moving toward this resistance level and if it breaks above this level, it might go even further to test the next resistance level of $0.7680.
However, if it fails to break above this major resistance, it will reverse and start a downward movement toward its previous support. Also, if it manages to break below this support level, the price might move further downward thereby continuing on its downtrend. As of the time of writing the price of MATIC was trading around $0.7253 and about -0.94% down in the last 24 hour.

The trading volume of ADA experienced a surge alongside a significant uptick in the token’s price.ADA trading volume surged as the price of the token witnessed a massive uptick.

Despite the recent price surge, the overall situation for Cardano remained glib.Since the 15th of March, ADA’s price started on its downward trajectory, while showcasing multiple lower lows and lower highs along the way.
This was indicative of a bearish trend which ADA was unable to reverse over the last few months.To reverse this trend, ADA may have to test the $0.5761 level and surpass it. However, at the time of writing, ADA was nowhere near this level.

According to on-chain data from CoinGlass, about 99,014 traders were liquidated in the last 24 hours and the total liquidation registered comes in at exactly $286.26 million. Precisely, the liquidation on Bitcoin for the 24 hours was $69.2 million with $44.92 million in long trades and $22.29 million in shorts. Ethereum saw more liquidation compared to BTC around the same time.
The liquidation on ETH was around $91.73 million. Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), and other digital assets recorded a liquidation of $40.20 million collectively. For the 1 hour trading period, ETH saw a liquidation of $4.12 million, BTC $1.3 million, and SOL $1.01 million. Other altcoins saw liquidations of a few hundred dollars.
The massive liquidation was seen on several top exchanges including Binance, OKX, ByBit, Huobi, Bitfinex, and others. Meanwhile, the largest single liquidation was recorded on leading cryptocurrency exchange Binance. The specific drivers of this liquidation are still unclear, however, the sentencing of Changpeng ‘CZ’ Zhao might be a factor.
