Hello everyone, I am sure you are not fine because majority of you are in loss and many of you are liquidated and turned your balance into zero. The last day was a disaster for many altcoin trader. But panicking is not a solution. i am here with my own strategy to avoid from liquidation. I am sure it will help.
To avoid liquidation in crypto trading, consider the following strategies:
- Use Small fund, Always use small fund in future trading. i recommend 2% to 3% of total fund of your future account wallet. it will help you not to get liquidated.
- Risk Management, Set stop-loss orders to limit potential losses on trades. Additionally, use appropriate position sizing and leverage to manage risk. yes you will end in small loss of 5% to 10% but not in 100% loss.
- Monitoring, Regularly monitor the market and your positions to stay informed about price movements and potential margin calls. Always keep strict eye on fundamental news.
- Diversification, Spread your investments across different assets to reduce the impact of adverse price movements on any single position. Especially add some $BTC $ETH $SOL in your portfolio, They don't go down to much.
- Stress Testing, Before entering leveraged positions, consider stress-testing your trading strategy to assess how it would perform under adverse market conditions. otherwise many of you would get panic and not just lose money but severe mental setback.
- Trade with market sentiments and Narratives, Always trade with market sentiments and narrative. For example if there is bullish market dont do short trades and vice verse. Always find the narrative. As the last narrative was NFT, Metaverse and Gaming. So you must trade in the top coins of that narrative.
- Continuous Education, Stay informed about the latest developments in the crypto market and trading best practices to make informed decisions.
