Binance Pay is a contactless, borderless, and secure cryptocurrency payment technology designed by Binance. You can use Binance Pay to pay at merchants, or send and receive cryptocurrencies from your friends and family worldwide.

Please note that Binance Pay is only available to verified Binance users.

How to use Binance Pay on the Binance app?

With just a few taps, you can access Binance Pay easily from the Binance app.

There are four ways to access Binance Pay on your mobile:

  • Tap the Binance Pay icon on the app homepage.
  • Go to [Wallets] - [Funding] - [Pay] to enter Binance Pay.
  • Tap on the QR code scanner from the app homepage and scan your recipient's Binance Pay QR code.
  • Long-press the Binance app icon from your mobile home screen and tap [Scan] to open up the QR code scanner. Then scan your recipient's Binance Pay QR code.
How to make P2P (peer-to-peer) payments with Binance Pay?

Binance Pay supports instant payments and transfers to other Binance users globally in over 300 cryptocurrencies. Before you make a transfer, please make sure that the recipient has completed identity verification; otherwise, they won’t be able to receive the crypto.

1. Log in to the Binance app and tap the [Scan] button to scan the recipient's Pay QR code, or simply long press the Binance app icon from your phone’s home screen and tap [Scan] to make a payment.

Alternatively, you can tap [Send] on the Binance Pay homepage.

Enter the recipient's Binance account email, phone number, or Binance ID (BUID), then tap [Continue].

2. Now, choose a cryptocurrency and tap [Continue] to enter the amount to transfer. You can use the available balance in your Funding, Spot, and Earn Flexible Wallets. Additionally, you can tap the name of the crypto to see the cryptocurrency list. Check your available balance in your Funding and Spot Wallets. If the balance is insufficient, transfer funds to your Funding or Spot Wallet first.

You may also add a personalized message for your recipient by tapping [Add Note].

Check and confirm the payment details, then tap [Confirm] and verify the transfer with 2FA to complete your payment.

3. Enter the amount and tap [Continue]. The system will automatically utilize the funds in your Funding Wallet for the payment. To change your payment method, tap [Funding Wallet].

Please check that the recipient and the amount you send are correct before tapping [Confirm].

4. Next, enter your Pay PIN or complete 2FA to verify the payment.

5. You'll see the payment details once it is complete. You will also receive email and SMS notifications.

Once the payment is successful, you can check the transaction details at the bottom of the Binance Pay homepage by tapping [Transactions].

How to receive payments from another user with Binance Pay?

You can use your Binance account’s email, phone number, or BUID to receive payments with Binance Pay.

Alternatively, you can generate Pay QR codes. Tap [Receive] on the Binance Pay homepage and you’ll see a QR code. Simply send this to your friend to receive payment.

If you want to specify the coin and amount to receive, tap [Set Currency / Amount]. Binance Pay will generate a unique QR code for the specified amount and crypto.

How to make payments to a merchant with Binance Pay?

Binance Pay facilitates user payments to online and in-store merchants accepting Binance Pay globally in supported markets. Users can simply scan the Binance Pay QR codes displayed on the merchant’s website, app or point-of-sale payment terminals, or use a seamless app checkout experience. Over 80 popular cryptocurrencies are supported for merchant payments.

How to receive payments with Binance Pay?

There are two options to receive cryptocurrency:

1. Via QR code

Tap the [Binance Pay] icon on the app homepage to access Binance Pay. Tap [Receive] and you will see a QR code. To save it to your phone, tap [Save QR Code]. You can also send it to your friends by tapping [Share QR Code], and they can scan the QR code and send crypto to you.

To specify the cryptocurrency and the amount you want to receive, tap [Set Currency / Amount]. You may also add a personalized message.

2. Via email address/phone number/Binance ID

You can also provide your Binance account’s email, phone number, or Binance ID to your friends to receive cryptocurrency payments.

After the transfer is complete, you will receive email and SMS notifications. The funds will be directly credited to your Funding Wallet. You may check the transaction history by tapping the payment history icon from Binance Pay.
