Binance Pay is designed to make receiving crypto simple, secure, and versatile, and it also provides flexible options to suit users’ needs. You can receive crypto assets via QR codes or by sharing your Binance account email, phone number or Binance ID.

There are three kinds of QR codes you can generate to receive crypto assets via Binance Pay.
1. Log in to your Binance app and tap the [Pay] icon. Select [Receive].
2.1 Generate a QR code to receive cryptocurrencies.
Tap [Save QR Code] or [Share QR Code] and send it to others to receive transfer of crypto assets from others.
2.2 Generate a QR code to receive in a specific cryptocurrency.
Tap [Set Currency / Amount].
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive. To help the counterparty understand the purpose of the “Receive” request, you can also add a note (optional). Tap [Confirm]. The system will generate a unique QR code based on the cryptocurrency you chose. Simply send this QR code to the other party to receive crypto assets.
1. For Creating a Payment link:
a. Under [Receive], tap [Payment Link].
b. Select the currency and enter the amount you want to receive. To help the counterparty understand the purpose of the transfer request, you can also add a note (optional).
c. Tap [Share Link] to share the link with the counterparty via social platforms. Please note that not all platforms support the request link, and the counterparty may need to copy and paste the link to the browser to open.
Note: Payment link will expire after 30 days.
2. How to complete a payment request received via Payment Link:
a. Tap the link received and you will see the requestor's name and a description of the payment request. If you recognize the request, tap [Open Binance App].
In case the redirection doesn’t work, please ask the requestor to send you their Binance Pay QR code. If you don’t have the Binance app, tap [Download Binance App].
b. You will be redirected to the Collection Request page. Check the request details carefully before tapping [Pay]. DO NOT proceed with the payment if the request comes from an unknown requestor. You can report any suspicious payment request via Binance Support.
3. Tap [Pay] to complete the verification, and the payment will be sent to the requestor.
If you’re unable to locate the incoming funds under Binance Pay payment history and your Funding Account, follow the steps below to trace the funds.

Sender will be able to locate the transfer details from our Binance Webpage or App.
Ensure that the sender has entered the correct recipient details. If there is a mistake in the details, the sender can reach out to Binance Support.
