I also made a similar mistake, thinking it was a struggle but it was actually a struggle to just leave.
As of today, it has been 34 days of eating and sleeping with Binance since I learned about the platform until now. Many sleepless nights and days of burning my account down to a few cents, but I still can't give up on futures. Occasionally, I will share my experiences through my failures.
Failure on December 17 and 18: FOMO mentality!
Whether winning or losing, you must always maintain your trading principles. For me, I only trade 3 coins that I stick to, which are $BNB BTC and ETH, and only invest "1/3 of the initial amount" with "leverage x5 or lower."
But on that day, I hurriedly entered a long position for LINK at a price that had dropped from 30 to 27 with leverage x25, and a long position for BTC at a price of 106 that was going down. I continuously added more money until I burned the position. The result for both days was that I lost 140 dollars (completely wiped out both the principal and the profit).
After that day, I realized 3 things I need to do:
1. Do not go long when the price is rising, and do not short when the price is falling. If you miss the wave, let it go.
2. Low leverage is the key to controlling risk. Be ready to cut losses when ROI is negative by more than 20%-30% (not always holding on to losses is good). Cut losses and patiently wait for the next wave.
3. If you want to follow a new coin, analyze the liquidity zones and the trend of the coin carefully using monthly or weekly charts.

EMA 9 + EMA 26 + EMA 50 & MACD
Entry requirements
Entry Buy:
EMA 9 crossing EMA 26 & EMA 50 is below the candle + MACD is below the green line
Entry Sell:
EMA 9 crossing EMA 26 & EMA 50 is above the candle + MACD is above the red line
The most important advice for trading:
1. Don't be fomo about trading signals given by other people, because you are the one who determines your money and think of it as if we were working in reality
2. Don't be greedy for profit, take enough to live daily
3. Be patient in looking for coins that meet the requirements for entry
4. Determine a daily profit target, for example $15 per day divided by 3x trading a day. $15:3 = $5 profit for 1x trading time
5. Must Put Stop loss above line EMA 50 & put take profit..
6. Future must Isolate don't choose crossing , Leverage x5,x10 max x20
The market won't go anywhere so learn to be patient in looking for coins & entries
