🆘Today is a critical day for Bitcoin.
Many people in the market are expecting a sharp decline. When we look at open position ratios and options, we see that short positions have been predominant in the trades opened in the last 24 hours.
The Fed is expected to keep interest rates steady. However, if Powell's speech has a negative tone, a decline could be unavoidable. Still, we also have a high probability of seeing an upward spike beforehand.
The current decline in #Bitcoin may be based on several factors:👇
1⃣ The reported unemployment claims data came in below expectations, which could influence the Fed's speech.
2⃣ The goal may be to further convince investors opening short positions of a decline and to increase position ratios to enhance liquidity.
✅Currently, we may see a liquidity buying operation towards the 106,600 level in $BTC. Support levels for possible declines have been marked on the chart.
