$SUI is breaking out and has now made new all Time highs. In Elliot waves this rally is a wave 3, which has now hit all my targets at $3.4 and $5.21.
There is no topping structure in place so this rally is not yet over. Once we have a topping structure I will expect a pullback in an Elliot wave 4.
Targets for the wave 4 will be given once we have a confirmed high in place in the wave 3.
