The minting rate (M) will depend on staking participation (S) and a constant (C), which starts at 1.6%.
🔧 Minting & Adjustment Authority
The Starknet Foundation or its monetary committee will have the authority to change the minting constant (C) between 1.0% and 4.0%. If staking levels increase, the constant will be lowered; if participation decreases, the constant will be raised to incentivize more staking. Changes will be announced 2 weeks in advance.
