Every person on Binance is giving us lectures and advices that "we should not be panic and should not sell our assets in panic". I didn't sell anything and now my account is 30% drained . And if I would my assets on first day of this downtrend, I would save my 400 $ which have been wasted in past five days.

DONT SELL IN PANIC.
I entered in crypto world just 10 months ago. Before making new all time high by BTC, my loss was 600 $. In these days, about 400 $ loss was recovered. But yesterday and today again loss shown in SPOT is 100 $ + 100 $ = 200$.
But I am not selling anything in Panic. I am showing extreme patience, though I am not patient in general life. But in crpyto world, I have learnt one thing, if you cant hold in loss or can't have patience then crypto is not made for you. Just leave it and do something else.
