I think that the fundamentals are weakened because the supply is not absorbed properly. Think about it. Do you think that someone who bought at $1.50 and someone who bought at $2.20 will react the same way when the price drops?
2. Whales still don't have enough supply. Look at the current supply. They are almost repeating selling and buying again. If you really have a lot of money, you can adjust the price to some extent. If 100M were to come up for sale at once, wouldn't it crash? If I were you, I would drop it even more. Currently, they are unknowingly passing on the quantity to individuals. And then it crashes. Then individuals are scared. Maybe if it goes down to around $1.2, everyone will run away? And if they buy more, they can make more money.
3. There is still no reason for $5 or $10. Do you know how dangerous it is for the price to rise without a reason? The price rise requires market recognition. Well, the market has scared already enough investors and liquidated thousands of accounts, and there won’t be as many people trusting the market as there was last week. Everyone now is afraid of another dip, and no one is entering long positions with high leverages. ( the goal now is to liquidate people with short positions 👀 )
And that’s exactly what this dip was for, to shake out many people from the market, and to shake out many losses the big exchange were gonna pay if the market kept going up and everyone was winning.
Another dip now is pointless because there won’t be many people to liquidate as before and it may be costly. They wanna scare people and make them lose, but they don’t want them to quit. They are smart, and they work smart and whenever there is fear in the market, they will make you have hope again and trust the market before they do another dip.
So for me, even tho im nobody, but this is how I see the market, and this is how it should be. It’s time to buy the dip before it’s too late.
