Profit and Loss Ratio
Statistically, the most successful traders make a profit in only 40% of their trades. But how can they still earn if most of their decisions do not lead to success? This is where risk management comes into play.
Suppose a trader thinks that the price of the coin they have chosen will go up, setting a risk of $10, while their potential profit in case of success will be $150.
